Carrie Riley is the founder of Carrie Riley’s Boutique Shop and The Ceretha Legacy Foundation — two purpose‑driven creations built to honor the life and legacy of her late grandmother, Ceretha Riley.
Ceretha was a gifted seamstress, a devoted church mother, and a joyful WWE fan whose personality lit up every room. Her hands created garments, her heart created community, and her faith created a foundation of strength that continues to inspire Carrie today.
Following in her grandmother’s footsteps, Carrie began sewing in 2013, learning the same craft that Ceretha mastered with love and patience. As her passion grew, she expanded her skills and began embroidering in 2016, blending creativity with meaning. What started as a personal passion soon became a calling — and in 2022, Carrie officially launched her business, turning her gifts into a platform for purpose, expression, and empowerment.
To honor her grandmother’s legacy of service, Carrie also established The Ceretha Legacy Foundation, a mission rooted in compassion, community uplift, and faith‑centered outreach. The foundation supports youth, strengthens families, and continues the work Ceretha embodied throughout her life.
At the same time, Carrie Riley’s Boutique Shop serves as the creative extension of that legacy — offering apparel, accessories, and custom pieces that inspire confidence, celebrate individuality, and carry messages of hope. Every stitch, every design, and every product reflects the craftsmanship passed down from Ceretha and the purpose Carrie walks in today.
Together, the foundation and the boutique stand as a tribute to a remarkable woman whose love, creativity, and strength continue to shape generations.
